Return Policy:

We want your shopping experience at Lavish Boutique to be the absolute best! We hope you love each item you receive but if not, we are here to make your return process as smooth and easy as possible. Please see our simple returns policy below. If you have any questions, please chat us online, or email us at Hello@lavishboutique.com. If you are unhappy with an item we will gladly accept returns for store credit under the conditions listed below:

Our policy is active for 14 days from the date you received your order. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund, exchange or store credit. Your return MUST BE received by our returns department within 14 days of the date you received your package. All merchandise must be returned in new condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached (Please note: Not all items are tagged due to fast paced moving inventory). If you return items that have make-up, deodorant, or any markings, they will not be accepted as a return and the item(s) will be sent back to you at your expense. Please keep in mind when returning a package that we are unable to go pick your package up from the post office should it be delivered with signature confirmation after hours. We suggest just adding a tracking number to your package. 

You may NOT return sale/clearance items, jewelry, any accessories such as sunglasses, beanies, scarves, belts, leg warmers, socks, leggings, swim wear, pre-sale/pre-order, or personalized items. You may NOT return items in which you have used coupon savings of 20% or greater during the checkout process.

STORE-WIDE SALES of 20% or more are FINAL SALE as we are trying to move merchandise to make room for new items! Keep this in mind while purchasing during our sales. We will not accept any returns from store-wide sale events.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective we need to be notified within 48 hours for a full refund. Notification past the 2 day return window will not be eligible for a refund.

Gift Cards:

As with any online retailer, gift cards are final sale. After a code has been automatically generated to the email address you provided at checkout we can not cancel the code, change the code, or alter the amount of the gift card code. For this reason, gift cards are final sale and our website does not offer the option of a refund. You must accept that you understand this on our checkout portal before checking out.

If your item meets the return criteria, please fill out our return slip and include it with your package.

You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Return shipping fees are nonrefundable. Please refer to our guidelines above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated. Send your package back to us via the most economical shipping method of your choice. We strongly suggest that you add tracking on your package. We are not responsible for any item(s) lost in the shipping process.

Please allow up to 10 business days for return processing. You will receive an email with your store credit information. Amount of store credit will be what you paid, minus the original shipping fee. (typically between $3-$6).

If the order is returned past the 14 day limit or does not meet the return guidelines, the item will be sent back to you and a standard shipping charge will be applied, or we will hold nonreturnable merchandise for 30 days. After 30 days, the items will be donated to charity. Lavishboutique.com is not responsible for contacting you should you decide to return a package out of policy.
